We Care About You, el concepto de seguridad e higiene y un sello propio que representa y garantiza toda nuestra experiencia e investigación en seguridad, salud e higiene, adaptada a la nueva situación:





• Higienización y desinfección: al momento de llegada y en cada centro de consumo: tapetes, toma de temperatura y gel a la entrada de cada centro de consumo así como a la llegada del cliente, los Botones desinfectan manijas de maletas.





• Experiencia digital: digitalización por medio de códigos QR, de procesos e información para potenciar el contactless: se elimina toda la papelería al registro en el hotel y se les proporciona un código QR en el que se les dirige a toda la información como carta de bienvenida, mapa, servicios, horarios de restaurantes y bares, entre otra información.





• Nuevos protocolos de alimentos y bebidas, buffet asistido y montaje en “mini dosis”: no habrá servicio de cucharas hacia los clientes, los de cocina les servirán y en algunas islas se montaran platos pequeños o porciones para que el huésped solo tome el o los platos que quiera. Nuestro personal estará encargado de servir las bebidas para nuestros clientes.





• Protocolos de distanciamiento y equipos de protección para todos los empleados y clientes: cubrebocas es necesario en todos los centros de consumo y áreas comunes con excepción de piscinas y playa. Nuestro personal portará el cubrebocas de manera correcta y asegurándose de la protección de nuestros clientes. En los centros de consumo se mantendrá la distancia de metro y medio entre cada mesa, lo mismo con camastros.











Lo mas importante para nosotros es la protección de nuestros clientes y personal.
